Having troubles downloading your ebook?

First, be sure you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our eBooks are in Adobe Reader (Acrobat, PDF) Format. Click on the button below to download the reader and install it. It would be a good idea after it is installed to reboot your computer.

Test your Adobe Reader by clicking on this TEST LINK. If you can not open (or save), and view our example from the test link, then you will not be able to read our eBooks.

Follow these steps below:

1) Sign into your account. The easiest way to do this is to find the email that was sent to you when you ordered, then click on the link in the email. It will look like this:

If you can't find your email then go here and sign in: https://estores.merchantpartners.com/amqss/login.php

2) Find your order (you may have to click on the 'View' button to pull up your order). It will look like the following:

Note: Every time you click on the above link, it counts as one download.

3) When you click on the link above you will see a screen similar to the following:

4) You can select to either view it right now (with the 'Open' button) or select to 'Save' it so you can keep it on your computer to view it later. If you are having problems getting the eBook to load with the open button, Acrobat is probably not correctly installed in your browser. In that event, we suggest that you download it with the 'Save' button to your desktop so you can view it later.

5) If you click on the 'Save' button you will see a screen similar to the following:

6) Now your Adobe Acrobat eBook is saved to your desktop. Remember, every time you click on the download link it counts as one download. We do want to be sure you get your eBook, so if you are still having problems after following the above instructions, please send us an email at: sales@hallmarkebooks.com and tell us the nature of your problem.

Tip:
Some of our eBooks have a table of contents, indexes and bookmarks that allow you to click to navigate to various areas in the eBook. Many times when you navigate through the eBook it would be nice to return to the same page where you started in the eBook.

If you are using the Adobe Reader version 8 or higher (which you can download from above for free) it has the capability to behave similar to a browser with back and forward buttons, however, they are not turned on by default.

You can turn on the navigation buttons by selecting the menu item, "Tools" and then selecting "Customize Toolbars." Scroll down to the "Page Navigation Tool Bar" section and check the boxes for the two round buttons with arrows that indicate "Previous View" and "Next View" (not the Previous Page and Next Page boxes). Once you click OK to save your selections the two "round" buttons (shown to the left) will be added to your toolbar.
